Gunitados PF-SMAX
Stationary concrete pump with diesel engine. Wet Way.
SMAX BH pump has been specially designed for the gunited wet way shotcrete and concrete pumping with a granulometry up to 20 mm.
General design:
Chassis made of folded metal sheet with a metal sheet hood mounted on a structural tube frame and equipped with a rigid axle on large wheels for easy movement within the works. Articulated towbar with ring for its hitch on trucks and “dumpers” of work. For its stability it has been provided with two extensible back legs and a front support with wheels.
All machines are standard equipped with a dual hydraulic circuit. The shift valves are mounted on a flat block to facilitate system maintenance. A hydraulic accumulator provides a rapid and strong shift of tube “S”, even working on low efficiency.
The main pump, equipped with flow regulators and pressure, enables control of machine efficiency from 0 to maximum. All pumps are mounted directly on the engine with no pulleys nor belts. The master cylinders are fitted with internal hydraulic damping system and an automatic correction of the race.
The steel cylinders have an ideal treatment to withstand any hardness. The pistons wear wear parts which are easily interchangeable. Its robust design ensures long life.
Hopper with agitator (vibrating sieve) has a capacity of 210L. and a filling height of 1050 mm. The grid has a pitch of 30 mm. The agitator is driven directly by a motor “Orbital” high torque.
Grid: Practice grill that allows the passage of large amounts of concrete and simultaneously filter makes stones exceeding 30 mm. Pressure washer for cleaning.
